Our dog behavior business was born of love and a deep understanding of the secret life of dogs. Our clients call it a gift. One part teacher, one part therapist and one part dog whisperer--our training methods are based on an understanding and feel for natural dog behavior.
Respected around the world, John founded and was President and Training Director of the first dog sport club in CT. He helped members achieve regional championships, compete at a national level and attain dozens of working titles on various breeds of dogs. He has titled seven of his own dogs, often in the Top 10.

Some dogs need a few weeks away from home where they can receive extra attention in a controlled, yet loving environment. We are not a kennel. Our overnight guests live with us as part of our extended family. Located in a beautiful rural area of Connecticut on ten park-like acres, overnight camp is strictly limited to ensure each dog receives special care and attention in a family atmosphere. My techniques combine your needs with the natural traits of your pet and lay the foundation for you to build upon.
Did you know your puppy is being "trained" the minute she is born? And, the moment he steps his paw into his new home, his budding relationship with his new pack starts to form. Make sure you both set off on the right path from the start. Bad habits, anxiety and behavior problems created during this getting-to-know you period, will be harder to break the longer you wait.
